How is pre-marital counselling done

How is pre-marital counselling done?

Pre-marital counselling at Sylvia Tan Psychology Consultancy is done differently from churches or other pre-marital counselling programs. We cater specifically to your needs and we will help identify problematic areas in your relationship so you can effectively deal with those issues during the pre marital counselling sessions.

Pre-marital counselling is done in the same way as couples counselling. We use evidenced based approaches like Gottman Couples Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Couples Therapy for pre-marital counselling work.

Pre-marital counselling is usually a short term counselling ranging from 6 to 12 sessions.
