Clinical Supervision and Training

Clinical Supervision

Sylvia is a registered clinical supervisor with Singapore Register of Psychologists.

Her approach to clinical supervision is based on the Integrative Model, which is to promote personal and professional growth of the therapist through eight domains of clinical practice – self- and other-awareness, motivation, autonomy, clinical intervention skills competence, assessment techniques, individual differences, and professional ethics.

For more information on integrative model of supervision, please see https://www.apa.org/pubs/videos/4310948
