I’m Sylvia — a Counselling Psychologist based in Singapore, with over two decades of experience supporting hundreds of individuals through life’s most painful and transformative moments.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people heal from the inside out.

 

Having walked through my own journey of trauma, grief, and divorce, I understand how disorienting and overwhelming life can get. That lived experience helps me show up for my clients with genuine empathy and without judgment.

 

I believe that with the right support, anyone can reconnect with their inner strength, break free from painful patterns, and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.

 

My mission is to offer a safe and compassionate space where you feel truly heard, where your emotions are never too much, and where your story is always held with care.
