Founder, Prinicpal Counselling Psychologist- Ms Sylvia Tan
Sylvia Tan is a Counselling Psychologist and Divorce Recovery Coach based in Singapore, with over 20 years of experience in the government, social service, and private sectors.
She has supported individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges — including anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, marital conflict, and post-divorce adjustment.
Throughout her career, Sylvia has held leadership and clinical supervisory roles in both government and social service organisations, where she trained and mentored fellow clinicians and developed family-focused mental health programs.
Her professional background also includes work with the Family Justice Courts of Singapore, conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for families navigating high-conflict divorces and custody disputes.
She is currently an MSF appointed Child Custody Evaluator and clinical supervisor for the family courts in Singapore.
Having personally gone through divorce herself, Sylvia brings not only professional expertise but also a deep, empathetic understanding of the emotional pain and transition that accompany marital breakdown.
This lived experience has strengthened her ability to connect with clients navigating similar challenges — offering both compassion and clarity through the process of rebuilding.

Vincent’s clinical experiences stem from providing therapeutic services and conducting psychological assessments in a psychiatric clinic.
One of his passion areas is conducting psychological assessments for children, teenagers and adults.
He recognises the benefits of working within a multidisciplinary team where holistic care can be provided to all of his clients. With his youth relatedness, he takes on a mentoring/peer to peer approach for children, teenagers and young adults (20s/30s) that are facing occupational/academic or social difficulties.

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in mental health and social services, Stephanie Tan Wei Wei is a seasoned helping professional who has served individuals, families, and communities since 1997.
Her work spans private practice, hospitals, family service centres, and community mental health settings – shaping her into a deeply grounded, compassionate, and highly skilled practitioner.
Stephanie works with children, teenagers, and adults, supporting them through challenges such as:

Stephanie has held several key leadership roles, including:
– Clinical Supervisor for Psychologists and Counsellors, shaping the next generation of clinicians
– Head of Psychological Services and Research at FAM @ FSC – THK CFH, leading a multidisciplinary team from 2017–2024
– Director at THK CFH DSSA, overseeing service development and the establishment of psychological unit from 2015 to 2017
Her initiatives included the creation of Parenting PACT for parents undergoing divorce, setup of supervised visitation programmes, pregnancy crisis support services, ADHD intervention programmes, and community-based mental health services.
